Software projects must respond to changes arising from new technologies, which are increasingly demanding requirements in terms of time, functionality, scalability, all this due to the rapidly changing market and changing business needs.

In the past ten years, a little less in our country (Argentina), has seen an increase in agile methodologies for such projects, which are applied by other management techniques that foster close communication with the customer and less ceremonious than traditional methods.
